We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Reliability Engineer.

Job Description
  • In this role, you will be responsible for performing reliability engineering activities, including reliability allocation, prediction, testing, and failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA).
  • You will work closely with the team lead to develop a reliability program plan, defining objectives, tasks, and deliverables at various project phases.
  • As part of the product design and development team, you will support the team lead in Design For Reliability (DFR) by reviewing root cause analysis, defect elimination, attending failure review board proceedings, and providing technical/design guidance on reliability engineering issues.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling reliability program tasks, including reliability block diagramming, modeling, prediction, qualification testing, acceptance testing, FMECA, and failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system (FRACAS).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, telecommunications, or mechatronics engineering. A master's degree in related fields is preferred.
  • Adequate experience in reliability engineering, preferably 5 years.
  • Experience in engineering design and development, with expertise in latest design software, including MATLAB, SolidWorks, AnSys, and Altium Designer.
  • Proficiency in implementing reliability standards, such as MIL-STD-785B, MIL-STD-756B, and MIL-HDBK-338B, and failure databases, like NPRD, EPRD, and MIL-HDBK-217FN2.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical distributions, including exponential and Weibull distributions.
  • Competency in applying different root cause analysis tools for equipment failure analysis.
