Drive Business Growth as a Project Acquisitions Manager
At GoAccelovate Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Project Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing high-value projects on freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to attract clients.
  2. Maintain and update profiles to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
  3. Negotiate project terms and pricing with potential clients.
  4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  6. Track bid performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of relevant business development or sales experience.
  3. Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  4. Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Ability to craft compelling proposals that win projects.
  7. Familiarity with market trends and client expectations.
  8. Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  9. Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
