At GoAccelovate Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Project Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing high-value projects on freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to attract clients.
- Maintain and update profiles to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track bid performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant business development or sales experience.
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals that win projects.
- Familiarity with market trends and client expectations.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
