ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead the deployment, customization, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning system.
This role combines expertise in ERP implementation with hands-on development skills, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and ERP functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes to ERP modules.
- Configure ERP modules as per business needs.
- Provide training and ensure user adoption.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop and customize ERP modules using appropriate tools/languages.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Integrate ERP with third-party applications via APIs or middleware.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Ensure code quality through testing and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure ERP uptime.
- Document technical specifications and user manuals.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants when necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills essential.
