Job Description:

The Clinical Trials Unit is a department within the organization that specializes in conducting high-quality clinical trials both nationally and internationally.

As a Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these trials. Your key responsibilities include liaising with relevant units and departments to coordinate study requirements, organizing and administering informed consent processes, and providing patient care in compliance with protocol requirements.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate study documentation, review patients for changes in health status and adverse events, and provide laboratory support services, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.

You will also review clinical trials protocols and provide feedback to supervisors, as well as facilitate internal and external audits of the unit.

For this role, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with integrity and strong research ethics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with a degree in Medicine or a relevant Health Field, current registration and good standing with their professional association, and at least one year of research experience or three years of clinical work experience in nursing or another relevant field.

Candidates must be proficient in MS office tools and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

They should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
