About the Role:The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts payable team to ensure seamless financial operations. This role involves supervising general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and project accounting functions to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the accounts payable team to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Oversee general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and project accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- C coordinate payment transactions and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Develop standardized procedures to enhance in-house efficiency and create internal templates for use throughout the organization.
- Provide prompt and accurate communication on the customer service front.
- Improve system functionality and ensure policy compliance to minimize payable aging and advance agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, accounting or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations management.
