Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
  2. Manage and maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely results.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  4. Cordinate the efficient fulfillment of financial obligations and accounts payable.
  5. Oversee tax-related processes and support AM taxation to ensure correct tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs in software systems.
  6. Track company financial expenditures, maintain databases, and provide reports as needed by supervisors.
  7. Oversee payment transactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  8. Monitor the status of all transactions within the organization and with external vendors and contractors.
  9. Standardize procedures to enhance operational efficiency and create internal templates for use by the company.
  10. Provide active customer support, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  11. Minimise payable aging by improving systems and enforcing policy adherence and standard operating procedures.
  12. Reduce advances in aging by ensuring timely submission of bills of adjustment following internal audits.
  13. Resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in financial operations management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
