Job Title: HR Manager

This is a full-time position based nationwide in Pakistan, within the Management department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources management and be proficient in Microsoft Excel application.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  2. Bridge management and employee relationships by addressing needs, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process for various roles within the organization.
  4. Maintain up-to-date company records, including organizational charts and employee directories.
  5. Support current and future business needs through the effective use of human capital.
  6. Supervise and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  7. Maintain Compensation and Benefits Plan aligned with industry standards.
  8. Provide decision support to management through HR indicators.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Possession of knowledge on labor laws and best practices within the region.
