">Key Responsibilities:">

  3. Responsible for the performance and development of account executives: This includes conducting regular coaching and counseling sessions, providing feedback, and ensuring they meet or exceed all activity standards.">
  4. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by account executives: This ensures transparency and accountability in our sales and marketing efforts.">
  5. Recruits and hires account executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management: This includes evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hire.">
  6. Ensures that all account executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes: This includes monitoring their progress, providing support, and recognizing their achievements.">
