
Strategic Commercial Leader

We are seeking a Strategic Commercial Leader to drive commercial excellence across the organization.
- Develop and execute end-to-end system commercial agendas and governance to drive continuous growth.
- Design and implement integrated RGM approaches and plans to support revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Collaborate with system counterparts to identify and implement growth initiatives through targeting revenue, volume, and transaction headrooms.
- Ensure integration of system-aligned RGM priorities into execution by influencing PICOS, RED, price terms, and conditions.
- Lead in-market execution capability enhancement plans to ensure sustainable and profitable propositions.
- Oversee operational integration of strategic recommendations and build relationships with bottlers through activation and investments.
- Define commercial productivity plans, establish business metrics, and track performance.
- Manage System Commercial investment and operating expense resources effectively.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in RGM or Execution leadership roles in FMCG/Retail, preferably within the Coca-Cola System.
- Self-starter attitude and high-performance team culture.
- Proven ability to influence and implement strategies across the system.
- Effective communication and influencing skills for smooth collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong networking and matrix management skills.
- Quality growth algorithm: NSR > Transaction > Volume.
- Balanced revenue growth with per-capita recruitment.
- IC Mix.
- RED coverage.
Preferred qualifications: Leadership, media planning, promotional strategies, price management, KPIs, marketing campaigns, integrated marketing, category management, sales analysis, competitor analysis, product roadmapping, marketing strategies, user experience analysis, Microsoft Office, SEO, communication, people management, digital marketing, brand management, teamwork, SEM, finance strategy, and financial forecasting.
