Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging AI insights to develop and implement data-backed customer success plans that drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
You will lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, ensuring our AI-powered solutions align with their business goals and priorities. You will also identify and execute AI-driven upsell and cross-sell opportunities, directly impacting account revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage AI insights to proactively address customer needs and personalize interactions
- Develop and implement data-backed customer success plans to drive retention, adoption, and expansion
- Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities
- At least 5 years of customer success experience in the B2B software industry
- Previous experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard)
This is a full-time position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
