Job Title: Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of compliance and risk across our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to policies, contractual terms, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on contractor compliance with established standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with departments to embed compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Prepare and assist in the development of compliance reports and documentation for internal review.
  • Coordinate training and awareness sessions for contractors to support compliance improvements.
  • Identify non-compliance issues, document findings, and track corrective action plans.
  • Support investigations of contractor-related incidents and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Maintain records of contractor certifications, compliance status, and audit findings.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding compliance and risk management.
  • Strong observational and auditing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Proficiency in managing Damstra onboarding system and SAP Ariba.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, supply chain, accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, procurement, or related roles.
