IKONIC is a global IT company that offers digital solutions. We are seeking a skilled META Ads Specialist to create, manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Job Description

Position Title: META Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute Meta advertising strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop high-converting ad creatives aligned with software service pain points and value propositions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies in real-time to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet profitability benchmarks.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and ROI analysis, highlighting top-performing assets and areas needing refinement.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad variations to continually enhance campaign results.

About the Role:

This role involves designing and executing Meta advertising strategies specifically tailored for the Software Industry industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, as well as strong analytical skills to track and improve ad performance.
