We are seeking a highly skilled Agile coach to lead our teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Foster a culture of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end execution strategies using Agile frameworks and train team members and stakeholders on best practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Evaluate and ensure sprint goals are well-defined and achievable.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering team productivity.
  • Manage product releases after consulting with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor sprint progress using Agile tools.
  • Generate burndown charts and velocity reports for visibility.
  • Ensure team commitments align with business objectives.
