
HR Transformation Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an HRBP Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by partnering with leadership and teams to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
You will analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support, ensuring seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the organization.
You will work closely with management and employees on employee engagement initiatives, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and retention.
In addition, you will track the effectiveness of HR Programs through key measures and serve as a liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems, and processes to support the business.
Skillful in resolving complex employee relations issues through effective investigations, you will be accountable for HR Service Delivery via multiple Outsourced Vendors for their respective region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by partnering with leadership and teams to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Provide strategic and tactical HR support, ensuring seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the organization.
- Work closely with management and employees on employee engagement initiatives, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and retention.
- Track the effectiveness of HR Programs through key measures and serve as a liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems, and processes to support the business.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
