Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring staff involves producing job descriptions, placing adverts, and working with recruitment consultancies to source high-quality candidates.

Job Functions:

  • Training & Development: designing employee training programs enhances skills and knowledge, leading to improved productivity and efficiency within the organization.
  • Compensation: determining salaries and managing payroll processes in line with company policies ensures fair compensation for employees.
  • Performance Management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes contributes to improved productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Policy & Procedures: implementing new HR policies, procedures, and processes ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Documentation: composing staff handbooks, contracts, and memos maintains accurate records of employee information and company policies.
  • Employee Relations: managing absences, measuring employee satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement fosters a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • An MBA or Master degree from a reputable university demonstrates academic excellence and understanding of business principles.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in human resources or a related field is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required for effective communication and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are critical for success in this role.
