- An MBA or Master degree from a reputable university demonstrates academic excellence and understanding of business principles.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in human resources or a related field is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required for effective communication and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are critical for success in this role.
