We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Portfolio Manager. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks for a portfolio of clients, including SMEs and sole traders.

Key responsibilities include preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax computations, as well as liaising directly with clients to provide clear and practical advice on accounting and tax matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACCA qualified with 2-4 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS 102/105) and corporate tax regulations
  • Practical working knowledge of cloud accounting platforms such as Xero or QuickBooks
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
