Job Description

As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to effectively manage human resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an employee handbook outlining company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Implement best practices in HR management to achieve organizational objectives.

You will also be responsible for:

Key Tasks
  1. Assessing the need for new positions and recommending personnel actions.
  2. Creating job descriptions and maintaining them up-to-date.
  3. Writing content for advertisements and assessing applications.
  4. Scheduling interviews and tests, checking references, and compiling results.
  5. Preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  6. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  7. Conducting new employee orientation and training sessions.
  8. Maintaining employee records and attendance logs.
  9. Tracking employee performance for reviews and providing coaching and counseling as needed.
  10. Providing support to managers in understanding and addressing HR issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems.
