As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to effectively manage human resources.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an employee handbook outlining company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across all departments.
- Implement best practices in HR management to achieve organizational objectives.
You will also be responsible for:
Key Tasks- Assessing the need for new positions and recommending personnel actions.
- Creating job descriptions and maintaining them up-to-date.
- Writing content for advertisements and assessing applications.
- Scheduling interviews and tests, checking references, and compiling results.
- Preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Conducting new employee orientation and training sessions.
- Maintaining employee records and attendance logs.
- Tracking employee performance for reviews and providing coaching and counseling as needed.
- Providing support to managers in understanding and addressing HR issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
