Customer Service Role

SISPN Technology is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent who can effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Job Duties:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions to their problems.
  2. Offer expert advice on products and services to customers.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Shift Information:

The work schedule involves night shifts from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM to cater to late evening customers.

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time on-site role with a flexible schedule of 5 working days, allowing for weekend breaks.

Remuneration:

A competitive salary package of Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month is being offered to the successful candidate.
