Job Responsibilities
- Manage a large number of incoming calls and chats effectively.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust with customer accounts.
- Communicate openly and interactively, demonstrating availability for all requirements.
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal and customer service team targets, and call/chat handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Advocate for the customer and prioritize their escalations for high efficiency and resolution.
