Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage a large number of incoming calls and chats effectively.
  2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building trust with customer accounts.
  3. Communicate openly and interactively, demonstrating availability for all requirements.
  4. Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  5. Meet personal and customer service team targets, and call/chat handling quotas.
  6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  7. Advocate for the customer and prioritize their escalations for high efficiency and resolution.
