Job Title: Automotive Sales SpecialistOverview:

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by managing and enhancing the sales experience for partner dealers and private sellers. This dynamic role focuses on effective car listings, customer engagement, and efficient sales operations to help revolutionize the automotive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage seller engagement processes, including visiting seller locations to manage and update car listings while coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification to meet quality standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive prospective buyers' interest in assigned car inventory.
  • Conduct on-site vehicle viewings for buyers at seller locations, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of cars and local automotive market essential.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and digital communication platforms.
