We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pipeline Growth Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about organic B2B lead generation without relying on paid ads. They'll work collaboratively with a talented team to discover new opportunities using strategic, value-driven outreach.
About the RoleAs a Pipeline Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying potential B2B leads using tools like LinkedIn, Google My Business, and online directories.
- Starting real conversations via personalized LinkedIn messages, thoughtful comments, and emails.
- Building and maintaining lead lists, outreach sequences, and tracking interactions.
- Utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and GMB audit platforms to extract and enrich data.
- Conducting audits on GMB listings and websites to highlight areas for improvement.
We're looking for someone with:
- 1+ year experience in organic B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Mailshake etc.
- A self-starter who can manage tasks and hit lead generation KPIs.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with platforms like Upwork or similar.
- Basic automation skills (Zapier or related tools).
- Background in digital or tech-based services.
