Key Responsibilities

The Role Requires Collaboration, Strategic Planning and Partnership Development.

  1. Market Research and Identification: Identify potential pharmaceutical partners; establish relationships with key industry players; negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  2. Vendor Registration and Compliance: Ensure that Shelf Pharma is registered as a vendor with relevant healthcare institutions; maintain compliance with regulatory requirements; develop sales opportunities.
  3. Business Expansion and Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand sourcing and selling capabilities; build industry networks; monitor competitor activities; identify new business opportunities.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams on contract terms and pricing; coordinate with logistics for smooth operations; collaborate with regulatory teams for approvals and legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, sourcing or institutional sales.
  • Strong network within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of compliance and vendor registration processes.
