Job Title: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain overall business performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and implement action plans to increase revenue.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities to promote the business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on staff performance, productivity, and quality control.
  • Design and implement departmental plans for sales growth, profitability, and employee development.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and motivate staff members to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by responding promptly to queries and complaints.
  • Welcome and accommodate customers with exceptional service standards.
  • Sustain high-quality output by adhering to established standards.
  • Ensure a disciplined work environment and process payments efficiently.
Job Requirements

Essential Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and management skills along with a background in finances/accounting.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to maintain discipline at the workplace, record attendance and leave timings, supervise work as instructed, report issues to administration, greet guests, distribute salaries, etc.
