Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expansion within our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for impact investing and a dynamic, flexible personality with an entrepreneur-oriented spirit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales activities.

  • Conduct thorough research into new markets, including industry insights, events, news, etc.
  • Research prospective investors via online platforms, LinkedIn, and websites.
  • Support sales activities by preparing marketing materials and emails, sending emails on behalf of the sales team, reporting, Excel management, and CRM entry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, previous experience in sales and business development in the financial services industry, and excellent communication skills in English. They should also be highly organized, resourceful, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in sales and business development in the financial services/asset management industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent research skills, highly organized, and able to work independently
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-versed in online research (websites, event lists, LinkedIn, impact news, etc.)
  • Demonstrated passion for impact investing
  • Dynamic and flexible personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
