We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Truvel, a fast-growing truck dispatching agency. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in connecting truckers with profitable loads while earning lucrative commissions.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to truck drivers across the USA, introducing them to our premium dispatching services, and onboard them to our platform. With a 10% commission on every active sale, your success directly translates to significant earnings.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to truck drivers to promote our dispatching services.
  • Build strong relationships with truckers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Convert leads into active clients by presenting the benefits of partnering with Truvel.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center or logistics-related role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with truck dispatching or logistics (preferred but not required).
