Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing analyst to support our Global Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing digital marketing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a digital marketing analytics and data strategy.
  • Analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Review and test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicate and present findings to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other visualization tools.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across Social Media, Google Ads, Display, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Experience working with data lakes and data platforms for marketing purposes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
