Sales Engineer Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for business development and technical correspondence for HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Projects. It requires a detailed understanding of the products and brands being offered that shall be incorporated in the projects like Light Commercial Air Conditioners and Condensing Units.
Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with principle for technical issues
  • Strong Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding and experience in Project BOQs
  • Understanding customer need & specific applications of product line
  • Market penetration and follow-ups
  • Active participation in relative forums, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Competitive analysis (price and product)
  • Identifying opportunities and strong research of target customers
  • Relationship building with target clients
  • Reaching target clients and proposing right products as per nature of customer
  • Connecting with and maintaining strong relationships with end-users to understand market opportunities in depth and create end-user interest in our product line
  • Build relationship with Contractors and MEP Consultants
  • Supporting after-sales services
