Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, data entry, and system setup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and monitoring financial statements
  • Managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Coordinating with the senior management team to achieve business objectives
  • Liaising with clients to provide excellent customer service

Candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
