
Bookkeeper and Financial Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to assist our finance team with various tasks, including bank receipt voucher preparation, invoice generation, and customer statement maintenance. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Bank Receipt Voucher Preparation: Prepare and review bank receipt vouchers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Invoice Generation: Create invoices for goods supplied to Rds, following established procedures.
- Maintenance of Customer Statements: Maintain customer statements of accounts, detailing receivables and other financial transactions.
- Verification of Credit Notes: Verify and prepare credit notes due on Rds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Expense Management: Prepare petrol expenses details and follow up on utility and tax payments.
- Account Handling: Handle accounts for Poultry Farm, providing financial support and guidance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
