Customer Solutions Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, providing personalized solutions and ensuring their success.

Job Description:
  • Technical Support: Respond to incoming support requests via email, assisting businesses in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex software and hardware problems by analyzing system logs and conducting root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Support Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer support or customer care with international clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the operations and needs of a business owner in small-to-medium-sized businesses.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills. They must also be proficient in English communication (both written and verbal) and have the ability to quickly leverage tools and technology such as Microsoft Office Suite, ZOHO CRM, Intercom, and JIRA.
