Recruitment Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to recruitment activities.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and logistics for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, documentation, and marketing materials as required.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment processes and policies.

Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
