Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn. As a B2B Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads, developing and executing outreach campaigns, and building a database of qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, InMail messages, comments, and engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads in CRM software.
  • Personalize outreach messages to increase response rates and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-gen efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, sales prospecting, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs (response rates, meetings booked, etc.).
