Job Overview

As a seasoned logistics professional, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of air freight operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in fostering partnerships with customers, carriers, and suppliers.

You will be responsible for developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing airline and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate contractual arrangements with Airlines and Suppliers.
  • Manage airline and supplier contracts, performance, and relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.
  • Monitor and renew IATA/ACCAP and Civil Aviation certificates annually.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
