Export Operations Manager
  • Oversight of air export pricing for local and international markets.
  • Developing, maintaining, and achieving air freight export productivity targets.
  • Management of all aspects of export documentation for various services.
  • Timely operations management and customer service.
  • Maintenance of close relationships with all carriers.
  • Customer relationship management, commercial activities (buying and selling), RFQ handling, and key accounts management.
  • Coordination with IATA/ACCAP, Civil Aviation, and other relevant authorities as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience handling DG, Perishable, or Temperature-controlled cargo.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills for timely task completion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
