We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be knowledgeable about maintenance schedules, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Job:

  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC systems and main electric panels boards
  • Conduct rate analysis and prepare estimates for maintenance and repair projects
  • Bill contractors and manage payment processes
  • Address closed project-related issues and measurement book notation/entries
  • Liaise with QESCO/SSGC offices on Sui Gas related works

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance schedules, rate analysis, and billing procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
