Project Management Support Role

We are seeking an individual with excellent project management skills to support our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • They will break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes.
  • Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management will also be a key aspect of this role.
  • The candidate will monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • They will act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • This includes working closely with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and ensure project success.
  • A key responsibility will be to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • The candidate must also conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.
Requirements and Skills

We are looking for someone with fresher or 6 months work experience in a similar role, preferably in project coordination or management.

  • Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery is essential.
  • The candidate should be able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Basecamp or Trello is also required.
