Catering Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our events team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning, organizing, and managing catering events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate catering events including menu design, food preparation, delivery, setup, and service.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure client needs, budgets, and dietary requirements are met.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Oversee logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in catering, event management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing catering events from start to finish. You will collaborate with teams to design menus that meet client needs, budgets, and dietary requirements.

You will oversee logistics including food preparation, delivery, setup, and service. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships efficiently. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in catering, event management (minimum 8–10 years) is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
