Job Description
">We are looking for a highly motivated External Sales Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
">Responsibilities
">- Conduct face-to-face meetings with vendors to discuss partnership opportunities and provide tailored training solutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for various shops and restaurants across different locations, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.
- Collaborate closely with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, generating interest in our services through targeted research and outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, focusing on commercial performance, internal tools, and special projects.
- Support the development of existing vendors, maximizing their potential through effective onboarding and incubation processes.
- Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth vendor journey and high-quality experience within our platform.
- Regularly visit fields to monitor shop onboarding progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Broaden our strategic brand portfolio by adding new brands to our platform and ensuring no category is overlooked in assigned regions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records on Salesforce and provide necessary training and support during the initial onboarding phase.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales or key account management.
- Strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Capacity to understand sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales.
- Prior experience managing field sales teams is beneficial.
