About This Role

This role provides the opportunity to drive and enhance a quality-focused culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with ISQM 1 by evaluating, testing and understanding our System of Quality Management.
  • Plan, execute and complete various audit/non-audit/BAS review programs, including designing review checklists, assigning reviewers and analyzing results.
  • Maintain leadership dashboards to monitor Quality KPIs.
  • Manage compliance review programs to evaluate auditing standards application and performance evaluation of partners, directors and managers.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify factors contributing to quality issues and improve engagement teams' working environment.

You will undertake quality assurance roles on client projects in a dynamic environment, supporting junior associates' development and your own.
