We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our administrative and financial functions.

  • Prepare statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Control credit and chase debt, maintaining a healthy cash flow.
  • Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits, verifying transactions and preventing discrepancies.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Communicate with clients, sending reminders to ensure timely payments.
  • Compile reports for management, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks, supporting the team's daily operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
