We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our administrative and financial functions.
- Prepare statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Control credit and chase debt, maintaining a healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits, verifying transactions and preventing discrepancies.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Communicate with clients, sending reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Compile reports for management, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Assist with office administrative tasks, supporting the team's daily operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
