About the Role

Masters in Commerce, Economics and Finance with a minimum of 14 years of experience in Oracle Financial (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects, as well as Oracle E-Business Suites R12 (all modules).

Responsibilities:

  • The role entails performing health checks on oracle applications, designing structural frameworks, aligning processes, developing process designs, and mapping processes for reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, as well as conducting training sessions.
  • Key responsibilities include discovery, solution development, roadmap creation, solution presentation, feasibility studies, analysis, designing, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience in implementing the full lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • A deep understanding of business processes and their mapping with Oracle e-business is essential. The ideal candidate should be able to independently provide business solutions, showcasing effective business communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes and industry best practices is required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of business process automation and adherence to industry best practices.
  • This position requires an experienced consulting professional who can understand solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading operations/projects to successfully deploy solutions.
  • They will take ownership of specific solution offerings and craft winning deliverable solutions that ensure smooth business operations and offer a winning value proposition.
  • The individual will develop and execute a solution strategy and business plan that supports growth, providing expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software solutions.
  • Implementation of new modules, enhancement of existing functionalities, and upgrades to new Oracle releases, including proper documentation, are also key responsibilities.
  • Effective coordination with end-user departments and other business users for day-to-day activities and amicable resolution of issues is essential.
  • The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of current and upcoming technologies, coordinating with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration teams, and Report Development teams for customized reports.
  • Lead development of formalized solution methodologies, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
