Senior Sales Executive

The role of the Commercial Manager Assistant is to support the growth of our painting segment by identifying and partnering with key contractors who align with our Dulux Brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor tenders and results, closely following up with awarded contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their project pipelines and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with managing agents to promote our products, such as Dulux WS Express, and drive sales through competitive pricing structures.
- Prepare technical documentation and quotations for project sales, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Manage project pipeline forecasting, staying abreast of industry trends and opportunities to convert leads into sales prospects.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering or above, preferably with relevant industry experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a multinational company.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A Class 3 driving license with own transport.
