
Executive Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue and growth in our upscale hotel. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and events
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
