Job Summary:

This Ecommerce Sales Specialist role supports our online sales operations at Amazon marketplace to boost sales and improve business performance. The individual will collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales activities to profitably sell company products on Amazon marketplace and meet monthly revenue and profitability targets
  • Forecast monthly sales based on past trends and current competitive landscape for the products
  • Track daily sales against the competition and implement pricing strategies to meet target sales
  • Collaborate with supply chain team for order planning to ensure timely availability of products to meet sales demand
  • Analyze and report monthly performance of products for management review
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Required Skills:

  • Must possess sales orientation and keen business acumen
  • Possess strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience:

  • Experience with demand planning and forecasting is required
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in an ecommerce sales related role

Education:

  • Minimum four-year bachelor's degree in business
