Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager Ecommerce, located on-site in Karachi Division. The Assistant Manager Ecommerce will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth execution of online sales strategies. Key responsibilities include managing online listings, optimizing website performance, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, analyzing ecommerce metrics, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves staying updated with the latest e-commerce trends and implementing best practices to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing e-commerce performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with team members and customers
  • Experience in Sales and E-Commerce, with a solid understanding of online business processes
  • Proficiency in Marketing strategies to promote online products and boost sales
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
