Velets Furniture is a Canada-based, design-forward furniture brand with a growing back-office team in Karachi. We specialize in creating elegant, modern, and lifestyle-focused home furniture that resonates with today's aesthetic-conscious consumers.

As we expand our presence across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Shopify, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Ecommerce Manager to support our ecommerce operations and help us strengthen relationships with our B2B and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management Support

  • Assist in managing and optimizing listings on Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and Walmart.
  • Support in inventory updates, order tracking, performance reports, and content updates.
  • Monitor product health, customer feedback, and overall account performance.

B2B Account Management & Lead Generation

  • Maintain strong communication with existing B2B and wholesale clients.
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to new wholesale leads.
  • Help build and maintain CRM databases for consistent follow-ups.

Research, Coordination & Execution

  • Support the Ecommerce Manager with competitor research, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Execute administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Follow up on ongoing initiatives to ensure timely execution.
Who You Are

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar ecommerce, sales support, or account coordination role.

A graduate with solid communication and organizational skills.

Willing and able to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

Familiar with ecommerce platforms and digital tools.

A quick learner, self-motivated, and action-oriented individual.

Creative, positive, and solution-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
