Operations Manager


Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. You will manage a team to ensure efficient inbound and outbound operations, coordinate with transport representatives, and maintain optimal staff and MHE utilization during shifts. Additionally, you will oversee First Entry First Out (FEFO) status control while loading and offloading R&P materials and provide traceability of R&P Materials/finished goods data as needed.

Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, implementing Good Warehouse Practices, and The Nestlé Food Safety Management System in Warehousing operations/Distribution Center. You will also be responsible for maintaining building structures through internal and external assessments, initiating Permit to Work when required, and reducing warehouse damages and losses. Furthermore, you will promote energy consumption reduction through various initiatives, manage visits and meetings, and implement Supplier Facing Supply Chain initiatives.


Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in Distribution/R&P Warehousing Operations in Supply Chain. You should possess strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of SAP
