Job Overview

  • The Deputy Chief Manager - Operation and Technical Wing plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and technical aspects of the company.
  • This senior-level position is responsible for managing teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks related to gas theft cases, customer coordination, and claim assessment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of claims related to gas theft cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all cases before presenting them to the Claim Assessment Committee.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of tariffs, OGRA Gas Theft Policies, and Gas Theft Act to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • MBA or BBA degree with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of gas industry regulations.
