Role Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to manage the complaint resolution team at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. As a Complaint Resolutions Manager, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Main Tasks
  1. Investigate Customer Complaints: Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  2. Develop Communication Plans: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, keeping them informed about the status and progress of their complaints.
  3. Analyze Complaint Data: Collect and analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for senior management on the status of complaints and their resolutions.
