Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough audits and provide actionable recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled and surprise physical audits, documenting observations and developing improvement recommendations.
  • Analyze findings from documentation, financial, and pre-manufacturing audits, proposing corrective actions to enhance process efficiency.
  • Perform quarterly ISO audits, reporting on non-conformities and following up on remediation efforts.
  • Maintain a self-audit register to identify process gaps and support action planning.
  • Coordinate closure of audit CARs and compliance issues, assessing their impact on risk reduction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in process or internal auditing, preferably within manufacturing or an audit firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis and report writing.
  • Hands-on experience with physical, documentation, financial, and ISO audits.
  • Education: ACCA Finalist/Qualified, ICMA Part-qualified/Finalist, or equivalent.
